ABOUT OUR studio rental space

Lily Red Studio is a boutique photography studio located in Washington Park (WashPark), Denver, CO.
Studio Owner is Suzy Rohan.

We offer two options for Studio Rental sessions:
Hourly Production & Photography Studio Rental Rate
(includes studio use and lighting equipment)
or
Hourly Practitioner & Meeting Rate
(includes seating and use of a projector upon request)

FOR DENVER-AREA PRODUCTION & PHOTOGRAPHY USE

I’m so excited to offer fellow photographers a new studio rental in the heart of Wash Park! The studio has plenty of natural light (for morning sessions), multiple backdrop options, plenty of wraps and blankets, multiple seating options for differing party sizes, two nugget comfort couches that can be stacked for newborn and more casual sessions, a posing bean bag with posing pillows, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge and snacks. Also included is a studio wardrobe (for maternity and newborn clients), a changing room, powder room access, and a rolling stand and 7’ parabolic umbrella if you would like to bring your own lighting equipment or use the Westcott FJ400 light with universal trigger

FOR DENVER-AREA PRACTITIONER & MEETING USE

This space works perfectly for small classes and workshops, client meetings, and for Mom’s groups, breastfeeding groups, and newborn groups who want to meet somewhere other than a public space or someone’s house.

The studio has plenty of seating options (benches, fold-up chairs, two nugget comfort couches, or floor seating (if you’d prefer that), a small changing station, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge, snacks, and powder room access.
